    Personal information includes all the personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, mail-address, workplace, and other information.

    We take all the possible and reasonable prevention measures against unauthorized access to personal information, loss, tampering, and leakage of personal information. Furthermore, we contract the agreement with the registered translators to inhibit the ‘personal information' from being utilized for the purpose other than contact or information provision required in our service operation.

  • Personal information acquisitionWe ask for personal information provision according to the necessity in our service operation within the required range after our clear indication of the purpose of use followed by the agreement on the information provision by the customer.  We shall never acquire personal information by unauthorized means by the customer.     We adequately recognize the importance of the personal information protection, and conduct strict control of/ continue the improvement of acquisition, utilization, and storage of the personal information in accordance with the information protection policy descried above as necessary.

    We use the provided personal information in communication with customer, identity verification, service provision, or information provision useful for the customer, or within the range required in our operation related to our registered translators.

We confirm the customer is entitled to the right to request the disclosure, revision, suspension of use, or erasing of its own personal information, and we promptly respond to the requests without dissent.
